Our promise
Each stamp is hand-selected and individually catalogued before it leaves our vault. The photo on the listing is the actual stamp you receive. If something arrives that doesn’t match the listing, or you simply change your mind, we’ll make it right.
Return window
You have 14 days from deliveryto request a return. After that window we generally can’t accept a return, though we’ll always read your note — exceptions happen.
Condition on return
Stamps must come back in the same condition we sent them — undamaged, unaltered, in their original mount or sleeve. We can’t accept returns of stamps that have been hinged, soaked, or otherwise altered.
How to start a return
Email info@bigskystamps.comwith your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll reply within one business day with the next step.
Who pays return shipping
Changed your mind?You cover return shipping. We recommend insured tracked mail — once the stamp leaves your hands, it’s your responsibility until it’s back in our vault.
Item arrived damaged, mislabeled, or otherwise not as described?That’s on us. We’ll cover return shipping in both directions and refund the full amount including original shipping. Send a photo of the issue when you write in and we’ll get it sorted.
Restocking fee
None. We don’t charge restocking fees.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives and we’ve confirmed condition, your refund processes back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Stripe (our payment processor) typically reflects it on your statement within a few additional days depending on your bank.
